Problems of “independent” knowledge in independent Kazakhstan

In this article, the authors will try to analyze and understand the value of state independence, after all, independence is the keeper of the national code and the formation of Kazakh mentality, as well as to evaluate those people who, during Tsarist Russia and the Soviet Union, were against the system of occupation training. The education system is a very important sector in any state, and this sector is especially important in the life of a young state, which only lays the foundation for its future. Any young country should, as much as possible, separate education from the former metropolis in order to “heal” the spirit of servility in the hearts of the young
state. Quality education is the only way to progress of consciousness and decolonization of mentality. Education educates society, opens its eyes to the necessary values and helps to put together the right outlook. Today we are trying to determine the opinions and values of our citizens, their attitude to the history of the country, to the literature of their native language, as well as how public opinion is fixed in society. Therefore, the author of the article is looking for answers to such questions as: “What is the situation in Kazakh science?”, “Can independent science determine independent opinion?”, “Has decolonization occurred in our heads?”,
“Could we have gotten rid of occupation, colonial science?"
