PECULIARITIES OF LABOR LIFE OF SPECIAL EMPLOYERS IN THE 30-40s OF THE XXth CENTURY IN KAZAKHSTAN

The author considers the historical period of special resettlement in the 30- 40th of the 20th century, the participation of special settlers of Kazakhstan in the "Labor Army" during the Great Patriotic War. The article analyzes the policy of the authorities in relation to special settlers, labor soldiers during the years of war, considers data on the national composition and social status of labor soldiers and special settlers. Their features of life during the war years, features of the organization and area of work are
shown, a contribution to the development of Kazakhstan’s industry and to the victory over fascism. The most important task of modern researchers is, first of all, to study the process of special resettlement not for certain categories and stages, but a
comprehensive study of the entire process of special resettlement within the framework of public policy in order to identify the causes, goals, consequences and models of mass involuntary resettlement. The main goal is a special moved, both political and economic, by moving large groups of repressed people in the 30 – 40th of the 20th century in Kazakhstan. One of the main aspects is the need to assess the resettlement policy of the Soviet state in the 30 – 40th XX century, as an emergency method of attracting
large masses of people in the national economy, ways to implement this policy and regional characteristics, for example,Kazakhstan.
No less important is the study of the nature of the labor activity of special settlers, the characteristics of the social and domestic arrangement of special settlers and the socio-cultural processes in special settlements in the 1930-40th, the study of the legal status of special settlers, both within the framework of state policy and based on the local situation.
