The article describes using of additional techniques to distinguish epizooty of bovine tuberculosis from bovine false reaction to the tuberculin in various peasant farms. Tuberculosis should be re-examined after 24 hours if hypodermic sample shows positive result in a free from tuberculosis farms. If the skin has a thickness greater than 5 mm and under eyelid swelling increased by 3 "+++" or 4 "++++", it has to be slaughtered. The taken biological sample from slaughtered animals affected by tuberculin without any changes in tissues and glands were cultured in a medium and M.atypical and M.ox type combination were grown within 3 month. When the same sample were injected into the guinea pigs testicular 3.8% of tuberculosis was identified and no "blue cough" was detected under the skin. If splenic index is 1.8, what they are sowing under the skin is 0.20- 0.29. When commercial tuberculin were tested by injection into the vein of animals, it was shown that tuberculosis is more common in sick animals with 17 tuberculin 1.2 times than in dissolved tuberculin and 1.8 times more in the inner tissues and glands. Proprietors are proposing to prevent tuberculosis, not to repeat them
