With the introduction of the technical regulations of the Customs Union (TR CU) 005/2011, certain difficulties were eliminated in the production of packaging. The development of Kazakhstan's economic sectors has positively affected the development of the domestic paper market. Today, the packaging market is complemented by various offers of new materials, technologies and solutions. The most popular type of packaging is paper.The cost of producing paper for packaging can be significantly reduced by using agricultural waste, in particular wheat and rice straw, which remains in the field and is burnt, as well as industrial waste, i.e.
paper, for paper production.The involvement of agricultural waste and industrial paper waste as a raw material in paper production will contribute to the additional income of farms, the creation of new jobs, as well as the reduction of the environmental burden due to the burning of paper waste and straw.
