Publication Ethics of the Journal
The Editorial Board of the Journal makes every effort to comply with the ethical standards accepted by the international scientific community and to prevent any violations of these standards. In the event of detection of violations of the principles, standards and norms of scientific ethics accepted by the international community, the Editorial Board of the Journal undertakes to act in accordance with the standards of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE, https://publicationethics.org), which apply to all participants in the process of preparing and publishing articles: the Editorial Board, authors and reviewers.
Rights, duties and responsibilities of the Editor-in-chief and the Editorial Board
- The Editorial Board are responsible for the scientific reputation of the Journal and the compliance of published materials with international standards of scientific and publication ethics.
- The Editorial Board of the Journal guarantees acceptance or rejection of the manuscript for publication based on its assessment of scientific significance, originality, relevance and compliance with the subject matter of the journal.
- The Editorial Board of the Journal ensures the validity of the decision to publish the manuscript by involving domestic and foreign scientists, the most competent specialists in the subject of the article, as reviewers.
- The Editor-in-chief and the Editorial Board of the Journal undertake to ensure the confidentiality of submitted manuscripts throughout the editorial process and the maintenance of anonymity between authors and reviewers.
- The Editorial Board protects the reputation of the authors and takes seriously all cases of plagiarism and other facts of unacceptable behavior during publication. In cases of receipt of substantiated information from a third party that the publication contains significant shortcomings, corrections and explanations are published. In case of violation of ethical principles by the authors, the Editorial Board reserves the right to withdraw the article from the published issue of the Journal after finding out the reasons for the violation.
- The Editor-in-chief and the Editorial Board, and reviewers must not use unpublished data from manuscripts submitted for review for personal purposes or transfer it to third parties.
- The Editor-in-chief and the Editorial Board undertake to ensure the timeliness and frequency of publication of the Journal.
- The Editorial Board and the founder of the Journal are not responsible for the accuracy of the information provided by the authors of the articles.
Rights, Duties, and Responsibilities of Authors
- When submitting a manuscript to the Journal, the author(s) must ensure that the manuscript is an original work, has not been previously published, and is not currently under consideration for publication by another Journal.
- Authors must ensure that others' research, ideas, words, and graphic material are properly cited through appropriate references and/or properly cited, and bibliographical references are provided in accordance with the requirements of the Journal. The author should only include sources in the bibliography that were actually used in the study, and avoid excessive self-citation.
- The authors' names should be listed in the manuscript in the order of their contribution to the article. Only those individuals who have made a significant contribution to the research and preparation of the manuscript should be listed as authors. Individuals who have assisted in completing the work are acknowledged in the Acknowledgments section at the end of the article.
- The corresponding author, as a contact person, conducts negotiations with the Editorial Board of the Journal and is responsible for informing co-authors about the stages of manuscript review. The corresponding author must ensure that all co-authors have read and approved the final version of the article and agreed to its publication. All authors of the manuscript are responsible for the information transmitted. The Journal does not allow changes in authorship after preliminary acceptance.
- The author guarantees the availability of exclusive rights to use the material transferred to the journal. In the event of claims against the founder of the Journal or the Editorial Board, the author undertakes to settle all claims independently and at his own expense. The founder of the Journal and the Editorial Board are not liable to third parties for the violation of the guarantees given by the author.
- Authors must revise the manuscript in accordance with the comments and suggestions of the editors and reviewers within a period of no more than 15 days.
Rights, duties and responsibilities of reviewers
All manuscripts submitted to the Journal are sent for review to an independent experts on the recommendation of the Scientific Editor in accordance with the area of scientific and professional interests.
- Reviewers should pay attention to the novelty and/or originality of the research, the absence of similarities between the manuscript and other published articles, the completeness and correctness of the author(s) citing articles related to the topic (problem) under consideration. Reviewers should clearly express their opinion, explaining and justifying the comments made and be as objective as possible in their assessment of the manuscript.
- The reviewer is obliged to inform the Editor-in-chief of any financial, administrative or personal conflicts of interest that may affect the perception and interpretation of the manuscript materials and to refuse to review if such conflicts are discovered.
- If the reviewer suspects plagiarism, authorship or falsification of data, he/she must notify the Editorial Board of the Journal about this.
- The reviewer undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of any information provided by the Editors or the author. Not to discuss unpublished material with third parties and not to use the information contained therein for personal purposes.
Ethical approval for the use of animals
Experiments using animals should be carried out in accordance with the principles established by the International Animal Ethics Committee and must have the approval of the local ethics committee, which should be referred to in the Materials and Methods section.
Corrections to published articles
Corrections are made to a published article in the event of unintentional errors that make only a small part of the publication unreliable, errors in the list of authors, typos, incorrectly formatted citations, incorrect wording and facts, or when it is necessary to add missing information.

If corrections are made, the Editorial Board publishes a separate message on the journal's website and changes are made to the original version of the article in an agreed-upon manner with the authors. Messages about corrections of spelling errors and typos, as well as other minor inaccuracies, are not published separately. The site reports that corrections have been made to the article (without details).
Article retraction policy
In some cases, the Editorial Board of the Journal may decide to withdraw an article (retract). Thus, an article will be officially retracted if, after publication, a violation of publication ethics requirements is discovered (discovery of plagiarism, publication of the article in another Journal, etc.) or serious errors are discovered that call into question the scientific value of the article. Retraction of an article due to a violation of publication ethics will also entail a ban on publication of articles in the Journal for all members of the author's team involved in the incident in the future. In such circumstances, the editors publish a statement of retraction of the article, posting it on the relevant page of the next issue and on the official website of the Journal
(see the Order of Retraction of Articles).
Privacy policy
Information about the authors (last name, first name, patronymic, name of affiliated organization, email address, ORCID ID), provided for publication in the Journal, becomes available to an indefinite number of people, to which the authors give consent when submitting the article to the Editorial Board of the Journal. The publication of the specified information is carried out in the interests of the authors with the aim of full and correct accounting of publications and their citation by the relevant bibliographic organizations and ensuring the possibility of contacts between authors and the scientific community. Personal information provided by authors to the Journal in addition to the information listed above, including telephone numbers, will be used exclusively for contacting authors in the process of preparing an manuscript for publication. The Editorial Board undertakes not to transfer this personal information to third parties who may use it for other purposes.
