Abstract

The article substantiates the need for the creation of innovative educational technologies to improve the system of social adaptation of people with disabilities in the Republic of Kazakhstan. Based on a comparative analysis with international practice it revealed that the theoretical basis of the technology of highestinclusive education is the philosophy of independent living, which implies the need to create equal opportunities of the students’ learning environment for students with disabilities and the rest of the students and participate in their life
