TECHNOLOGY OF OBTAINING SEXUAL PRODUCTS AND INCUBING OF CAVIAR OF AFRICAN CATFISH IN THE CONDITIONS OF THE RESEARCH CENTER "FISHERIES"

In the scientific article reflected questions of application in fish farming techniques produce sexual products and the incubation of eggs of african catfish. Technological processes have been approved in the conditions of the research center " Fisheries" of the Kazakh Agrotechnical University. S. Seifullin. The purpose of the research - to examine the question of obtaining the sexual products (caviar and sperm) and producers of the african catfish with subsequent incubation. Based on the objectives, the following tasks were set:
- development of technology for obtaining sexual products of sperm and caviar from the producers of the african catfish;
- development of the technology of eggs incubating in a traditional method and using sieves.
In the scientific work the questions of reception of sexual products sperm and caviar from the african catfish, technology of degumming and fertilization of eggs with the subsequent incubation are revealed. Traditional methods of incubation in the Weiss apparatus and using sieves were used. The technology of hypophysis injection for producers of the african catfish with raw pituitary gland has been worked out.
