Аннотация

Agglomeration has an exoskeleton of settlement as its object round the city center. The basic exoskeleton is characterized by courses of settlement and transport and communication corridors. However, the system of settlement is the main, but not the only criterion of the allocation of agglomeration in the territorial sphere.
Such criteria are:
a) administrative status;
b) demographic capacity;
c) logistic potential;
d) economic potential.
These criteria were considered in the method of boundaries determining for the agglomeration which based on system of Rating.
