Abstract

Abstract

The article presents a brief characterization of PCR diagnostics of potato tuber spindle tuber viroid (hereinafter - PSTVd, viroid) samples found on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The selection of primers PSTVd-for-XbaI, PSTVd-rev-BamHI, PS88M, PS89P, PS7P, PS7M, Vir1, Vir2 specific to VVCC was performed. The results of diagnostics of domestic and foreign samples by reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (hereinafter - RT-PCR) are presented. The temperature gradient of primer annealing for OT-PCR was studied.
