Abstract

Methods of the conjugation of monoclonal antibodies with nano particles of colloidal gold are worked and their properties are studied. Optimum parameters of designing of Immunoassay test for identifications of M. bovis or their antigenes in pathological material and other biological objects are determined. The laboratory researches of sensitivity and specificity of developed Immunoassay test allowing to draw a conclusion on a possibility of its use in veterinary practice are carried out
