Abstract

The article analyzes the current situation of the condition of leasing operations in the agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan. It was focused on the unfavorable state of agricultural machines and tractors and the need for its renewal. As one of the outputs leasing was offered. Moreover, the author proposes the introduction of not classical leasing relations, but differential rates of scale fees charged by leasing companies on the basis of the financial viability of rural producers.
