Abstract

In this scientific article the results of the performed scientific researches in the conditions of the ultrasonic complex are shown. 3 series of experiments for 30 and 60 days (year-olds, two-year-olds, and three-year-olds) were conducted to assess the effect of feeding diets on the basic fish breeding and biological parameters at the optimal (21-22 ° C) for Russian sturgeon thermal regime. The main fish breeding and biological indicators of the russian sturgeon were revealed. The opportunity of realization of two directions of cultivation of commodity threeyears is shown, that expands assortment of reception of delicacy and valuable food
production.
