The production of modern culture vaccines is one of the most effective ways to combat horse rhinopneumonia on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan. To this end, during the production process, the development of pH control modes of a virus-containing suspension of equine rhinopneumonia EHV-1 strain, with the carbon dioxide and oxygen, will allow to obtain a clean and safe drug that meets international requirements. The obtained data make it possible to adjust the pH in automatic mode, based on the study of the effect of pressure and gas contact time, both during cultivation and when obtaining the final product of the production of immunobiological drugs and diagnostic test-systems. Standardization of the applied pH regulation regime meets the regulatory requirements of Good Manufacturing Practices in terms of sterility and quality. In the work, virological, technological and chemical methods were used to adjust and control the pH of the nutrient medium during the cultivation of the strain EHV-1 of the equine rhinopneumonia virus, during suspension cultivation, using the generally accepted method of tenfold titration according to Reed and Mench.
