In laboratory conditions different complex microbiological fertilizer mixtures with the use of collection cultures of S.Seifullin KATU microbiology laboratory were prepared. In the process of CMFM creation fermentative, nitrogen fixing activity, growth stimulating and destructive properties of allocated strain were taken into account. Study of biological activity of microbiological fertilizer mixtures showed that in the process of repining in mixture there occurs increase of microorganisms on meat-and-peptone agar and quantity reduction on starch-and-ammonia agar.
