Abstract

The article presents the main results of research of the mycology of common pine seedlings in forest nurseries located in Northern Kazakhstan (Pavlodar, Akmola and North Kazakhstan regions). Surveys of nurseries were carried out in 2019, as a result of which, plant samples with symptoms of diseases were delivered to the laboratory, where the pathogens were determined. Infectious lodging of shoots and seedlings is caused by phytopathogenic fungi from the genera Fusarium and Alternaria. Fungi from the genus Cladosporium causing cladosporiosis were isolated on affected seedlings from the nursery of SFNR "Ertis ormany". In almost
all studied nurseries of diseased seedlings, mycelium of the Phialocephala genus was identified, which is the root endophyte that binds pathogenic and saprotrophic lifestyle. Infectious disease of seedlings is complex, since several types of pathogens were isolated from one seedling. The occurrence of a complex of fungal pathogens varies from 16.7 to 29.2%. The most frequently, cases of joint damage to seedlings by nematodes and fungal pathogens are observed. The concomitant plant microflora is represented by fungi from the following genera: Мucor, Rhizopus, Asrergillus, Penicillium, Chaelomium.
