Abstract

research work was carried out at the fish farm of OstFish LLP to develop the
technology of artificial reproduction and cultivation of Siberian sturgeon in
industrial conditions on the basis of closed water supply installations.
The key to the successful cultivation of any fish is to reduce production
losses at all its stages. It is especially important to avoid loss in the early stages of
life. It is known that the most difficult technological process in the cultivation of
fish is the cultivation of early juveniles [1, 2].
The key factors of growth and survival of fish larvae include water
temperature, the content of oxygen dissolved in water, and food availability. In this
regard, the most important stage in the cultivation of fish is the rearing of larvae to
a viable stage.
