Abstract

This article discusses the possibility of expanding the scope and increases the productivity of drilling large diameter wells in frozen and durable soils drilling working bodies of rotational action. A combined method of bottom hole destruction by supplying additional energy to the well face in the form of dynamic loads is proposed. To implement the proposed method of drilling large diameter wells, the following technology of drilling a well by a combined method is proposed. The destruction of the face involves a joint impact on the face of torque, axial feed forces and shock loads. From the face of the tool at the same time the forces of resistance of the soil to indentation, cutting, dynamic destruction and resistance forces of the destroyed mass to drawing and transportation. In the process of well drilling the working body must perform the following operations: to destroy the bottom hole under the action of torque, feed forces and shock loads; to move the destroyed rock along the face and on the surface of the
transporting or accumulating body. In accordance with the penetration of the wells and analysis of technically feasible designs designed a structural diagram of a drilling working on static-dynamic action of the BDR, which includes the following elements: a housing with shock devices; portaretratos crown with a movably mounted instruments, plowshares and windows for the fence of the ruined soil; the drive or the transporter of the soil.
