Abstract

The paper proposes a method for determining the conductance that reduces the level of insulation between one of the phases of the network and the earth of asymmetric network with voltage 6 - 20 kV, based on the measurement values of the line voltage and zero-sequence voltage and phase angle between the vectors of the line voltage and zero-sequence voltage before and after connecting the capacitance conductance between the phases and the ground network. The developed method for determining the conductance that reduces the level of insulation between one of the phases of the network and the earth in an asymmetric network of voltage 6 - 20 kV provides: satisfactory accuracy, ease of
production measurements of the module voltage and secure the production of
works in the electrical installations.
