Abstract

In this article the author describes the theoretical basis and the cause of anxiety among students. For study of this phenomenon, the author used the Spielberger method on studying situational and personal anxiety among first-year students. The article presents the overall results of this study, where 25% out of 100% respondents showed high level of anxiety. Based on these results, the
students had individual consultations to study the main reasons of their anxiety and were given recommendations.
