Abstract

In indirect and competitive ELISA the immunochemical properties of antiidiotype antibodies (AIAB) against immunoglobulins specific for the lipopolysaccharide antigen of Brucella antigen were identified. In indirect ELISA activity of AIAT in the reaction with the positive serum was 1:6400. Titer AIAB in the competitive ELISA with a constant concentration of lipopolysaccharide antigen was 1: 800. Results show that these AIAB may be used as an analog of the original antigen in ELISA.
