Abstract

In this article the parameters of the fluted rollerof sowing apparatus are discussed as the most versatile, metering device of various agricultural materials. From the condition of providing qualitative dosing of materials with different physico-mechanical characteristics theoretical dependences, allowing to reveal the constructive parameters of a roller with the shape of grooves in the form of 2-order curves with variable curvature. Based on them Two variants of the parabolic profile of the groove of the seeding roller are presented. Both options can work with seeds of grain crops, as well as with granulated mineral fertilizers. For this it needs to set the parameters of the parabola LK, MK и L1K1, M1K1. For the experimental study are recommended: = 50 мм; = 39мм; = 12; LK,= L1K1=6,0÷6,5 мм; MK=M1K1=8÷12 мм.
