Abstract

Prototype planter with stubble conservation chisel-disc-chisel coulter exceeds the prototype of the planter with coulters paw-discs-paw by 11.2% (79.1% and 67.9%) and the serial seeder by 21% (79.1% and 58.1%). The yield at the experimental site sown with a seeder with openers chisel disks-chisel is 14.03 c/ha and at the site sown with a seeder with openers paw-disks-paw -15.28 c/ha, and at the control lot 13.56 c/ha, thus, the yield increase ranges from 0.67 c/ha to 1.72 c/ha (3.5% and 12.7%). The remaining agrotechnical indicators of prototypes of seeders with combined coulters are at the level of indicators of a serial seeder. Traction
resistance in prototypes with combined coulters is 1.83-2.5 times lower compared to a serial seeder. The calculated annual economic effect from the use of a prototype of a seeder with openers of paw-discs-paw was 995874.6 tenge in comparison with the serial one, and from a prototype of a seeder with openers chizel-discs-chizel was 419263.6 tenge. The economic effect is obtained byreducing the pull resistance of the drill (the cost of fuel and lubricants) and increasing crop yield.
