Abstract

Establishing the relations with peers and adults that is corresponded learning the moral and ethic norms is characterized for primary school age. Within the framework of these relationships, the child gains experience, learns norms, rules and functions, gets acquainted with the diversity and content of social roles. Communicative function answers as an important step in person’s physiological development. Domestic and foreign scientists’ compositions have been proved that communicative work has got a huge meaning for the development of the psyche and personality of a child even at the early stages of development; and only in contact with adults it is possible for children to get knowledge in the social and historical sphere experience of mankind. Сhildren with cerebral palsy have got a forming  function of communication which develops unregulary, unlike normal children, although  communication motives, forms and needs are developed, and the last place is occupied by means of communication. Despite the problem is so important, there isn’t enough learning the peculiarities of forming verbal and non-verbal communication making and dynamic for children with cerebral palsy in primary school age, while one’s development is the most important factor of their socialization.
