Abstract

The paper presents the results of the development of methods for immunization of rabbits to obtain antisera against human IgG and IgM. It has been established that IgG preparation demonstrate higher immunogenicity when its booster dose was injected intravenously as compared with subcutaneous administration. Nevertheless, antiserum obtained by using subcutaneous booster injection of IgG had a higher specificity and allowed to distinguish IgG from IgM, whereas the intravenous administration of the preparation contributed to increased synthesis of cross-reactive antibodies. The methods for obtaining polyclonal antibodies can be
used in the development of import-substituting domestic technology for production of ELISA kits’ anti species conjugates.
