Abstract

On the basic of the developed methods were tested in the microabrasive wear coating Multi Pateks (multi-component, multi-layer, gradient nanocoating system of H-SiOCN), applied using the technology of finishing plasma hardening and widely used TiN coating deposited by vacuum ion-plasma sputtering with separation of plasma flow at the upgraded setap ННВ6.6И1. As the substrate material used was high speed steel Р6М5, HRC 62-64. The thickness of the applied coating was about 2-3 mocrons. Experimental studies showed that the volumetric wear, wear rate and wear rate and, consequently, the wear rate of the substrate - steel Р6М5 after coating Multi Pateks and TiN declined by 50 and 70 percent. The coefficient of wear of coating Multi Pateks corresponds to 6,9 м³Н- ¹м- ¹, which is less that the value of this coefficient for the vacuum coating of TiN equal 7,61 м³Н- ¹м- ¹. Methods of the test for microabrasive wear enables you to assess and certify the parameters of wear resistance of surface layers of materials of different products, working in conditions of friction and wear.
