Abstract

The method of integration of amplicon is examined on dull ends in a plasmid vector pJET1.2/blunt. The comparative analysis of sensitiveness of the use of recombinant plasmid pJET1.2/blunt/AdHex and native DNA of adenovirus is executed at raising of different variants of ПЦР of 5×102 copies/of ml and 5×10 ГЭ/of ml accordingly. Shown, that using of recombinant plasmid as positive control for diagnostic test-systems promotes the producibility of results.
