Abstract

The article describes the results of the experimental apparatus of a planetary grain-cleaning machine. In order to determine the optimal constructive and technological parameters of grain cleaning machine there were held experimental studies of the grain cleaning process during dressing. Also a mathematical model based on interconnection of constructive and technological parameters of planetary grain cleaning machine was developed. Designed planetary grain cleaning machine can improve the quality of wheat grain cleaning: dense converging separation fraction is up to 91.6% and the completeness of separation passing fraction is up to 93.1%
