PROBLEMS OF ATTRACTION AND FIXING OF HIGHLY QUALIFIED SPECIALISTS IN AGRICULTURE

Abstract

The article presents the results of scientific research to develop recommendations on creation of conditions necessary to attract conducted as part of grant funding. There are materials of a survey of graduate students of agricultural specialties, managers and specialists of agricultural enterprises. There are proposals for the use of foreign experience in Kazakhstan and recommendations for providing agriculture with highly qualified specialists. The research results can be applied to the activity of the agricultural
enterprises on the provision of necessary human resources in the development of measures to improve existing or development of new programs to attract personnel in the various sectors of the economy, primarily agriculture.
