Abstract

Theoretical results of a petal voroshitel are given in article. For the purpose of definition of optimum design and process parameters of a petal voroshitel basic and pilot researches are conducted. As a result it became clear that a key indicator of efficiency of use of seeds of forage crops is the uniformity of their distribution in the soil. However, the majority them because of weak flowability is formed over sowing windows of a dome of different size which interfere with process of seeding of seeds. Such the dome is developed for prevention of education a petal voroshitel, his key parameters are theoretically proved and are eksperimentatelno confirmed. During the laboratory researches of a petal voroshitel of a deviation from calculation made less than 4%. Therefore, it is possible to assume that experimental data, confirm the theoretical assumptions. Therefore it is possible to offer formulas of calculation of working bodies for structural design of tillage machines.
